E.L.F Essentials Waterproof Eyeliner Pen

E.L.F. Essentials Waterproof Eyeliner Pen
I got this in black for $1 at their website: eyeslipsface.com
First thought when I opened the product was it looked like a marker pen and it looked really dried up.

Read Here

Pros:
-> It dries up pretty quickly when you apply it
-> It is somewhat buildable
-> It is indeed waterproof, it does not budge at all!
-> creates fine lines
-> cost 1$!

Cons:
-> Hard to apply. I found it easier to apply on its side since the tip is hard and it can poke your eye. *oouuuch*
-> You have to keep applying it for that black "black" line.
-> It seems that there's not a lot of product in it.

Here is what it looks like on me

I applied it 3-4x sideways to achieve that somewhat thick black line I like, then carefully applied it on my waterline. It is a little hard to use it at first since the tip is really harsh but once you get used to it, it'll look great. :D I love how I spent a whole day out sweating and when I came back home it looked the same way as when I left the house. This is the only thing (besides the brushes from E.L.F) that did not disappoint me.

Would I buy this again? No, I've only used it 5-8x maybe and its already dried up.

This is my first purchase from E.L.F and since they were having a 50% off on their studio line I decided to buy a bunch of their products. Shipping took 9 days. which I think if pretty fast since a lot of people complain about E.L.F's shipping speed.
Expect lots of E.L.F. reviews.

I actually really like this eyeliner. For a dollar, it's a decent eyeliner. :)

I do like this eyeliner but it tends to dry out really fast, I bought one in Target and it was dry already :(
